This privacy policy describes what personal data TSAT collects and how this information about the visitors on out web page is used.
Web analysis and cookies
We want to learn what works and what does not work on our website. By looking at the usage patterns of those who visit the site, we can find out how our visitors relate to the content of our site. We use Google Analytics to perform this job.
Google Analytics uses cookies that detect the users’ IP address. These can be used to build information about the individual user’s online movements. Examples of what the statistics give us answers to are; how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, what websites users come from and what browsers are used. None of the cookies allow us to link information about your use of the site to you as an individual. Data related to cookies will be automatically deleted 14 months after registration. You can manage the use of cookies yourself.
The information collected by Google Analytics is stored on Google servers in the U.S.. The information received is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
An IP address is defined as personal information because it can be traced back to a particular device and thus to an individual. To make sure this can not happen, we anonymize the user’s IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Therefore, the anonymous IP address can not be used to identify the individual user.
Your IP address is also logged for a short period of time by our web servers. The user’s IP address, time, URL, HTTP status, number of bytes sent, HTTP referrer and HTTP user agent are logged for 60 days. Then the log will be automatically deleted.
Page and service functionality
Cookies are used in the operation and presentation of data from websites. Such cookies may contain language code information for languages selected by the user. There may be cookies with information supporting load balancing or security measures, ensuring all users the best possible experience.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is based on an agreement, offers news about activities and benefits. In connection with the registration of newsletter, we collect your email address. We will not share your email address with other businesses, and it will be deleted when we are notified that you no longer wish to receive information from us. The email address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is no longer active.
Video playback
TSAT uses the YouTube video service on its pages. Youtube collects data when playing a video. The data is used to find out who and how long the videos are being used.
Forms
We use forms on the website to get in touch and accept orders. By filling in and the forms on this site, you agree that your submitted data will be collected and stored.
Social Buttons, Apps, and Gadgets
TSAT can implement an app or gadget from a third party on any of our sites and our apps that allow interaction or content sharing of our users. These gadgets are visible to you on the page you visit. The network that delivers the gadget can offer controls for controlling the gadget’s appearance and features. If you use a gadget, it usually gives the third party the ability to record information about you, including IP address, header information, and browser information. In some cases, the third party can recognize you through the gadgets even if you do not use them, but only by visiting a website or using an app with the gadget.
