TSAT 3500 for LoRaWAN – SMARTHaul

LoRaWAN is a great narrowband communication technology for integrating wireless sensors. By integrating a TSAT 3500 remote with a LoRaWAN gateway in a remote location, the TSAT remote will be able to backhaul the sensor data to the utility control center at a cost per MB that is lower than cellular. By selecting a LoRaWAN gateway that is able to also run the LoRa network server, the wireless sensors will be able to log onto the LoRaWAN gateway even if the satellite link is down.
